Lisbeth Skindbjerg Kristensen

Lisbeth Skindbjerg Kristensen. Born in Helsingoer, Denmark, in 1968. Recieved her Architectural Degree (Cand. Arch.) from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in January 1997. Immediately thereafter, she was employed as a teacher and research assistant at the School of Architecture's lighting laboratory. From April 1998 to January 2003 employed in the Daylighting group at the Danish Building Research Institute as a research scholar, co-authoring, among other things, two publications on School Lighting. In 2000 awarded the Valle Foundation Scholarship to pursue a research oriented Post-professional Masters Degree at University of Washington in Seattle. Studies finished in December 2001 with the Master Thesis "Light and Learning -a visual approach to daylighting in schools." 

Currently, Lisbeth is working as a lighting designer for the firm Ramboll Denmark, in the Department of Lighting Design and Electrical Infrastructure.
